Lean Thinking Introductory Workshop
Full-day Workshop + half-day followup

Workshop: Lean Thinking overview; Principles of Lean, Lean Basic Thinking Tools (Identifying the Value Stream Map/Customer Journey, Making the Process and Value Flow, Identifying Wastes - 5s, Let the Customer Pull, Planning and Conducting Kaizen Blitz Events). All participants are required to undertake a Lean Thinking project to implement what they have learnt.

Half-day followup participants are asked to display and share the outcomes of their lean projects + Session on Sustaining the Gains.
